Damn expensive hobbies!

I certainly could not afford a new one, but new cars don’t excite me, anyway.

As for expensive hobbies, guitars or any musical instruments is definitely an expensive hobby. In my case it is worse than guns by a wide margin. We are living in the golden age of instruments, though, and super high quality can be achieved at very reasonable prices these days. Still, I have high end tastes, like so many others….It is a sickness.

And on top of all that, I am getting back into mountain biking….SMH…But riding will be the hobby, not new gear.
I like the vette, my favorite is 78 or 79 with the tall rear spoiler

My expensive hobby is buying, restoring, and selling Schwinn muscle bikes from the 60s and early 70s. Most people don’t realize these bikes can go into the several thousand dollar range easily, depending on condition. I bought a very rusty one for $100 and sold it 4 hours later for $1,500, First green bike by the black car. They are in that great of demand and parts for them are just as bad.

Here are a few of mine…

The old Schwinns are my favorite

Segway GT2 is my most recent new passion. This thing is amazing with about over 50 miles range and over 40 m/h max speed. Has phenomenal smooth rade

My first 2 wheeler was the Stingray you have in green. But the Orange Krate was the envy of every kid on the street.

Too cool
