DD MK18 vs. Noveske switch block 10.5

i know you gun gurus have some great info as to which one and why. I'll be shooting suppressed. About a 700 dollar difference, would it be best to go with the mk18 and just get a adjustable gas block?

Yes. Or just shoot it as is with an H2 buffer.

I'd say they're equivalent. Both hammer forged milspec steel, chrome lined, correct 5.56 NATO chamber. Both with stellar records for reliability.
