Really want to give my 1894 .357 a try with some FTX's. Anyone have any experience doing this?

I've killed a few with my 1894 357 but I have always used a 158gr XTP

Remington 760 pump in 3006 i do believe..then a Henry Golden in 44mag..plan so far anyway!

Had one of those 760 pumps. Recoil was a bear

357 lever and hot 158s do the trick so far for me. Haven't had 1 take a step. Recoil seems about normal to me on the 760. But I do like 338s and 4570s so
