now they're withdrawing the tactical forces.........and the search is being scaled back.........they must already have him and are just carrying on the show for merit.
The Col. Looks like a caveman lol. Bet he would beat the brakes off someone. As far as the question someone asked about why the chase video hasn't been shown, it's a homicide/shooting investigation. It's evidence and its not going to be shown until its been cleared.
