I would not consider a gun "like new" if its been cerakoted. To me, that means the original finish was worn off from LOTS of use. I would be pissed off if I bought a gun sold as "like new" and found out it had been refinished because it probably had lots of wear.

Don't assume that cerakote equals abuse. I had my Glock 19 Cerakoted brand new before it ever left the shop. That said, the moment the gun was put into the blasting cabinet it was no longer like new.
