Dissposal of powder?

Whats the best way to get rid of some powder? Buddy of mine got out of reloading and gave me some Alliant thats about half full. Ive never used it cause i run IMR but i got to looking at it last night and noticed there is stick powder in the Alliant. Im not sure how it got in there but i do know its not safe to mix powder, and no way im going to attempt to seperate it.

put some in a small water proof container and throw it in your bugout bag. It will work great for getting a fire going, should you ever need too. Just a little spark an some kindle, and you're g2g
