I'm all for those things skippy. But you sir are suffering from HUA.
Do you honetly not have a problem with the "officer" allowing him to walk thru the park with that firearm that he suspects is illegal until he got to the parking lot and then drawing down on him? Seems to me that after the first ranger talked to him the guys intent and demeanor was apparent. Seems to me if there was a need to draw down on him and take the firearm then there was a need to go and find him in the park and not just allow him to walk back to the parking lot. THAT is where I think the actions of the officers was wrong and why I believe the ruling was wrong.
It's this simple, HE WAS FOLLOWING ORDERS! It doesn't matter what you think the courts have ruled. Obviously you don't have a job where you have to follow the orders of your superiors. In public safety, you follow orders or else you will be jobless. If the officer thought that the order was unlawful he could have bucked, but it was an lawful order, therefore he followed it. We can argue all day, my opinion and your opinion will not change the opinion that matters, the courts. The court has ruled, the idiot lost. Now if you want to continue to argue, go to school become a lawyer, find this guy, tell him he was wronged by the system and take it back to court and argue your points to the judges. It's done and over with. I'm sure this idiot will screw up again so you got time. Better yet why not go and join him y'all can become roomies, then talk all friggin day long about how his rights were violated. Y'all can play ermy together and see how many LEO's you can try and get on YouTube. But you seriously have a bad case of HUA for this case which is done and over with. Time to move on.
