Squirrel brain stew! It's actually squirrel stew but with the whole squirrel, head and all, crack the skull open and eat the brains! Something my dad started, he's a Coon Ass so that explains it! But it's actually damn good stuff, and you feel a little nutty afterwards😁 I haven't had it in a while and my girlfriend keeps begging me to cook it cause she wants to try it so I might have to cook it up soon

I'm from North Florida we eat just about anything, mullet roe, rattle snake, swamp cabbage (heart of palm tree), sea urchins, grouper throats, coons, fried mullet backbones tossed in buffalo sauce, fried gator tail, the list goes on and on
