I will admit that I love Quaker instant grits. I know that seems wrong to the purists but they're damn good with butter salt pepper and Tobasco sauce.Instant grits, your flavor choosing. 1/2 cup of water. Stir and place in microwave for 1:15. Stir again, let sit to cool. Perfect every time.....
It's all goin in the same place......I have learned in my older age that if food touches.... it will NOT kill you.

I've seen what you eat.........Sometimes I wished I could unsee it....But it can ruin the aesthetics of a properly prepared plate.
