Do you eat something nobody else does?

Morcilla, it is a blood sausage with fat and spice in it, natural cases. Chinchulines, it is the small intestine of the pig, not the large. Salt and put on the grill until crispy. Learned to appreciate these goodies while living in ARG. Also a gland from the cow, I think it is called sweet breads here in the states, grilled on the bbq is really good too. I have to go all the way to Miami get morcilla, but it is worth it.

I had some Morcilla in Argentina, that was out of this world, it was awesome. Also had some incredible Beef Heart in Bolivia, Cut real thin and grilled with a peanut butter sauce,

So I eat bacon, noodles and onions. Nobody I've ever met has tried it. My grandma fixed it when I was a kid and I eat it once or twice a month. Solo good. Chop up half an onion and a pound of bacon. Fry together until bacon crispy and onions browned. Strain grease. Mix with a box of cooked elbow noodles. Salt/ pepper serve. Will feed 4 folks.

What do you that is awesome and unique??
I am going to try that !! That sounds great.
