Try a little on peanuts, sautéed chicken and even roasted pistachios. It's super salty though. Great chili-lime seasoning.

Everytime, I cook. My wife uses it now. If you look at the expiration date it's usually good for 4-5 years.

It does last forever. You can throw that seasoning on almost anything for years. I found a bottle in the back of the cabinet and it was still good...
