This is my first match of any kind. I'm not sure how well I did, hope not too badly but I was a little nervous.
I met Mikey357, nice guy, he gave me a little pep talk at the practice station.

I just added the times and penalties for each station.

Not bad at all for your first time! I'll post mine. Today wasn't my best but we still had a good time. My overall time was 20sec slower (BARF) than my overall time at Griffin last year. I need to get back on a practice schedule.

I wanted to shoot the match at South River but I was in New Orleans working at the time. I probably shot 2000 rds in July and August leading up to it. Be cause of the ammo situation and working alot, I haven't fired my Glock any this year until today.

I live close to the gun range, I can hear the shots from my house. Went over and watched a little, looked like fun but all those Glocks were making my S+W nervous. I felt like a stranger in a strange land.

my score sheets are in the car, too lazy to fetch em. I'll say this, though: it was my first GSSF, and I learned too late that slowing down to avoid penalties is the way to go.
