It happened to me but i figured heck - I gots two hands so why not!

For several years Atlanta faced a choice of either repairing and updating their waste water treatment facilities or paying a fine for releasing water into the Chattahoochee that fell below minimum EPA standards for effluent quality. The fine was less expensive than the repairs. Guess which Atlanta chose.

Well I don't understand what all the hooch fuss is about. Water is a renewable resource, can you imagine what has been mixed in it over the centuries? Plus fish have sex in it!!!!

I ate fish from the Hooch for years. Caused both of my children to be born nakked.
