Endurance Running

I am back running hard 25-35 miles weekly, heading back to the 50-60 mile a week range with in the next 45 days. Not fast training at the 8:30 pace on road and closer to 10:00 in the woods. Life is better now, and I hurt less then I did a year ago.

Even start some light barefoot runs. No sure how I feel about them.
I have wanted to do some Barefoot runs as well. I heard the way the build up your feet they can help bring down your run time, but due to the face I live in NYC for now, doubt that will happen any time soon.
 
Ran cross-country and track in high school and college and 10K's and 1/2 marathons for many years as well. Now my titanium hips do not know the meaning of "run".
 
Used to run 5ks all the time, even when it was in single digits temp wise. Never a race winner but decent times.
Got away from it but want to start back .

My 12 year old running the wingfoot classic a few weeks ago in the rain! I am one proud daddy for sure.
