I picked up a Winchester model 94 chambered in .25/.35 at an estate sale a few years ago at a good price. It was made in 1908. It looked like is was brand new but I found out it had been cut down to carbine length and refinished. It’s a beautiful gun that shoots good.Prices at estate sales generally exceed ODT and most are rusted scratched and cracked stocks.
Family usually keeps what is worth owning.
