1. I'm not implying you necessarily said EVs are good for the environment, and
2. The environmental impact issue...

IS what the .gov is pushing to make people buy and use EVs. Multiple current studies have shown how horrible mining for EV battery material is. Chile is experiencing a change in their economy that, although providing a fast "easy money" boost, will most likely lead to devastating agricultural issues in the near future.

It is, again, the hypocrisy of the environmental leftists that say "EVs are good, go EV" all the while forgetting that EVs have to be powered by some other form of fuel.

All you tree hugging environmentalists opposed to E.V. cars.

And what happened to the Deepwater Horizon.
And the Ranger drilling rig that capsized, killing it's crew.
And Three Mile Island.
And Chernobyl.
And wind towers kill migratory birds and make bats' lungs explode.
And dams burst, and destroy the habitats of spawning salmon.
And solar panels can fry birds.
And coal ash reservoirs fail and flood rivers.
And a propane boiler blew up one year and killed dozens of school children.
And thousands of IC cars catch fire and burn each year.
And one year a vat of molasses burst, flooded a town, and drowned dozens of people.

So, did you have a point to make?

Good ole gasoline is the only way to fly. EV's are for guys that are light in their loafers ( that would be pole smokers ) and tree hugging bi hippie chicks.
There is nothing and I mean nothing like the beautiful aroma of a muscle car with the light odor of raw fuel in the air. Gotta love it!

Now an army of coal rollers are going to be all over you like stink on diesel.

Hydrogen is a hell of a lot more combustible. So what happen is a part fails and you have a slow leak that finds a spark. Good by car and good by you! There has to be a better fuel choice.
