"Fake" dissipator, 2nd AR build thanks to you guys...

Well... Reading the ODT spurred me to build my first AR last year and I decided to build another because the first was so easy!
Anderson upper and lower from 4th Armory started this off $116

Having the "fake dissipator" I wanted... Priceless! Now to go shoot this thing!

True! Way easier than I would have thought to build! This one has a lightweight mid length barrel so it is 5.7 lbs rather than a heavy barrel like a normal dissipator.

Thanks... I am sure everyone has seen a fake dissipator ... I had no real reason to do it other than that I liked the look but did not want the weight!

Fake dissy is the way to go without having to worry about reliability issues.
