Favorite kitchen knife?

Spent years sticking with Hen and Rooster knife sets, but since I got this Case kitchen knife, I don't use anything else.. Unless it's too large of course.

Anyone have a specific knife they like to use over others?

I’ve got a cold steel set that’s about 20 years old in a good old block on counter that we use most !

Had no idea cold steel made kitchen knives. They certainly make a sharp blade.

These stay on the block always!!!
with the exception of my "chiefs" knife.....I go with MAC...for the money, they are the best!!

My Old Hickory set is all I use. The rest of the stainless steel junk got trashed.

Victronox, we have several paring knives and several different larger kitchen knives for various tasks
