Weightless plastic trick worm or finesse worms just hook and worm, fish it rather slow, cast, let it sink/hang there, then pop your rod tip and the worm dances around like crazy, then let it slowly sink again. My most successful colors have been dark blue with chartreuse tail tip, or dark red with chartreuse tail tip...OR weightless flukes, either bass color, or shad/silver, same technique. Pretty much slays the bass in any pond.
