I just spoke with a wonderful lady on the phone at the Federal Firearms Licensing Center who told me that the form 20 can actually be emailed to them at nfafax@atf.gov

Anyone tried this yet?

You used to be able to fax them in and the ATF would may back a hard copy . It took about 2-3 weeks
