So true. I remember parking mine by a CJ and comparing differentials on both. The Land Cruiser's axle casing was huge and rectangular compared to the skinny round one on the Jeep.

I had a CJ-7 and my friends Yota could out-ride my Jeep all day long. I remember stripping out a rear spindle assembly once trying to get unstuck. Axle was turning but the wheel just sat there
