Firearm of choice opening day 10/22/16

Remington 700 in 22-250. Been my meat killing machine for ~20yrs. I load a mean 70gr bullet for it that does some major damage.

Good luck tomorrow guys/gals! I just got home from town and ran 2 buck and 2 doe out the field in front of my house.

Ruger .270. Killed two deer last year with it. One ran maybe 5 five yards the other dropped right in it's tracks. Love this round. Good luck and have fun.

Thanks! It has been a great rifle. It's been up the creek and over the mountain many times. I've taken a lot of deer with it. It is my favorite gun of all.

My dad gave me a 338 BAR for my 18th bday- 27 yrs ago. Hunted with it for yrs before retiring. He has a 30-06 BAR that he used - guess my boys will be getting them soon.
