First attempt homemade pizza....

Key to the dough is 00 pizza flour i use king arthur. make it and let it sit room temp for a few hrs than ziplock it and put in fridge for 48hrs thats crucial to the taste and texture.i do my pizzas in a roccbox at 700 degrees that thing is awesome.also a provolone mozzarella mix is key.70% mozz 30% provo
