First blackstone use

Finally got around to seasoning the grill on Saturday evening in time to cook breakfast for wife, son and his friend.
It's nice being able to cook it all in one shot and the pancakes turn out much better than a skillet.

I picked up a brand new never used Blackstone Pro Model 36” on Saturday from FB marketplace. Regularly $597.00 I got for $225.00. So far made ribeye, Cajun chicken Philly and chicken fried rice with veggies. It is amazingly good! Easy cook, easy cleanup. Smash burgers in our near future.

That's a great deal. Mine's a 36" as well. Wife found it online at Tractor Supply for $229 around the holidays.
