I’ll try them that way. I’ve never used avocado before. Do you not marinate yours or just seasoned them?

I salt and pepper, with a touch of garlic, then allow them to get to room temp before the i put them on. 6 mins flip, 6mins flip, 3 min, 3 mins. Then check temp for medium rare.

Done some chicken bites from beasts marinated in Dale’s and Italian Dressing, grilled bell peppers, onions. Topped with provolone cheese and Italian dressing. Toasted butter bread.

Yep...Avocado oil on the griddle.
Has a higher smoking temp than olive/veg oils

Yes sir in a lot of meats. Ribeyes are so good marinated like that also.
