Done some chicken bites from beasts marinated in Dale’s and Italian Dressing, grilled bell peppers, onions. Topped with provolone cheese and Italian dressing. Toasted butter bread.

Great piks (food & sunset).
My wife bought one of the small ones to take camping... I thought i wouldn't use it much but find myself cooking on it several times a week...chicken thigh stir fry and fried cornbread last night.

Thems aint no cornbread....thems ho cakes!

I use avocado oil on mine mainly, speaking of which……you got to try ribeyes. I swear I’ll never cook another over a flame.

I’ll try them that way. I’ve never used avocado before. Do you not marinate yours or just seasoned them?
