This one is good to familiarize the use of the buttons in general and also understand what the settings do.

This one is good for the actual set up. There is some similarity to the first vid, but I think these guys have the set up down to an art.

Neither of them focuses on the Helix 7, but they are both about the Helix line in general, so there should be a lot of good info for the 7, too.
