Well, I was out today in the truck and I picked up a screw in a tire. I took it off and went down to Discount Tire and after 45 minutes they told me I needed a new tire because the tire had two holes right next to each other. One was like a pin hole. The tire has 2300 miles on it. I asked them to patch it so I could be on my way. They said they couldn't because it's against policy. They pulled out a used tire same size but it was an AT tire and the guy said he want to help me out so he would sell me the used tire for a 100 bucks. I said, I don't think so. I had them take my spare tire and mount it on my aluminum wheel and I called it a day! I guess I'll find an independent tire store who still will patch a damn tire!
