What's the going rate on a used PS90 nowadays? Saw a used one in black with the top rail, no sight for $1500. Was pretty clean. That seemed high? What say the Tradesmen?

used can sometimes be found around 1300. first and second gens go for most money due to triggers going brrrrtttt

That's what I would do. The red dot alone goes for $200+; I looked up the cheapest prices on that specific ammo (comes with FN ammo with Hornady V-max projectiles), and it's at least 56 cents per round = $84 plus shipping.
$1445 after rebate plus about $300 worth of extras; sounds like a great deal to me!
