69 Mach 1. 428 with aluminum heads, 950 hybrid Holley, shaker intake, front/rear slats. Would pass everything but a gas station. That was back in 1984. Wished I still had it but I sold it to start racing motorcycles.

My best friend in high school had a similar car - a '69 Mach 1 390GT. His was stock and not tremendously fast, but still a car I wish was still around.

I've owned many cars over the years. I was a flipper (NNOOOOO!) and often didnt keep them long. The two meanest that come to mind:

- 1968 Chevelle SS 396
- 1987 Buick Grand National

One have now 2011 Boss 302 Mustang. 476 HP 450 Ft lbs Torque. 0-60 3.6 seconds. 135 mpg in 1/4 still gets 26-27 mpg

99 Trans AM, ran 11.91 1/4 mile all motor. Sold it and bought a 4 door truck since we were gonna try for a baby. Gonna have a little girl in April. Miss the car, but oh well.

Should have kept the Grand National!

I should have. It was actually a Regal T-Type, the same car as a Grand National, but without the Darth Vader exterior. This one was gray with t-tops and matte alloy wheels. Boring and stealthy.

Fastest top end car I had was a '68 Roadrunner.
All around quick and fastest was a '68 Vette
Badest and quickest was a '69 Rambler Scrambler. That was one bad boy.....
