Outstanding! This is definitely a project on the horizon for me. I read the Arf thread and thought it would be an awesome project- Great work on building yours! And I'm really glad to read a report on performance. I think it sounded really good.

How did the others built do? We have a mutual friend that built one today also.
Can someone post a link to this ARF thread y'all are referring to? I am not familiar.
The other can came out the same - just like this one. He notched all his baffles and we really don't notice a difference. We tried the cans on various platforms and calibers and they performed as well as my Mystic on the same various platforms. We do not have a legit decibel meter, but going by ears and a phone db meter app, it performed liked the Mystic.

That is good to hear. It sounds like they both came out better than expected.
The Gemtech washer set was purchased to "clock" the brake so when the can is not mounted, the gases will go where we want (L and R instead of U and D).
He was probably in my basement all day...
