Form 1 braced pistol restrictions?

Does the Form 1 have the same restrictions of other NFA items? Can you take it across state lines or move out of state with a Form 1 braced pistol ?
Does a Form 1 braced pistol require special engraving?

I don't think it's a braced pistol, isn't it an NFA SBR now ?

Once you form 1 a braced pistol it becomes an SBR with all the benefits and restrictions. No engraving needed for amnesty registration. Throw a stock on it an enjoy. You will need to notify the ATF if you travel with it.
