Form 1 E file process ?

I'm fixin to submit a F1 (individual) for an SBR.

I've filled out the eform.

I've uploaded a photo.

From what I'm reading, since I'm filing as individual, I don't have to submit a responsible party form, just give the address for the LEO for them to send the copy of the form to.

do I have this right?

Yes, except you have to mail the CLEO copy.

Once you are done they will email you a PDF. Page 4-6 say CLEO copy in red on the bottom. Print that out and mail it.

No, CLEO doesn’t get a photo, just a copy of page 4-6.

Still need fingerprint cards, send two copies to the ATF NFA office. Once submitted you'll get an email with the cover letter you need to include, it also has the address.

You need to do some reading, don’t go into NFA game blind or uneducated.

You can get cards from ATF for free. I ordered an ink pad from amazon. Took a few practice cards, but you can do it at home.

Chamblee Police Dept. did mine then printed them to the ATF cards.

I'm not new to it, just haven't done anything since 41F. I'll read up on the reddit post. Thanks for the link Booshie. I'll print it out as a checklist.
