High volume low prices is the key if you are going to survive against the Palmetto State Armory’s, AIM Surplus, etc.

Also make sure people can see the prices of the guns without interacting with the staff. If I walk into any kind of store and I can’t see prices I turn around and leave.

This is still an issue for the long guns.... even with my glasses, I can't read the tags on any of the long guns behind the counter.
It would be great if your next batch of firearm ID tags were larger, and printed with a black sharpie in big letters so that people could read it from 10 feet away. At least the model, and price.
