Both my parents and older sister had bouts of colon cancer so I have been going every 5 years for the past 20 years. Because I am predisposed to get it eventually, I hope this catches it early if/when the time comes. No big deal really to get the procedure done.

Just had another one done last week.
3 year plan here.
Its just plain ignorant not to have them done.
