Well, looking at the side of the box, it consists of salt, MSG and artificial flavors, etc... And it's a powder so, if you keep it dry, and I'm only guessing here, but maybe a couple thousand years...LOL...the only ingredient that sounds like it might have the potential to go bad is "hydrolized vegetable protein"...your guess is as good as mine, I suppose...
