Gun buyback scheduled for Feb. 9th in College Park

Sad part is that most of these guns are stolen from collectors and law abiding citizens who will never see them again. Drug users scoring a few bucks for their next high and killers destroying evidence that could be used to stop some of the "gun violence" the media is always crying about...

Sad thing this is the absolute truth I had a few guns stolen and recovered. The police officer told me that the thief is someone you know and most gun thefts the guns are trade to the local dope dealer. My mini 14 was returned proptly after a drug bust thank you sandy springs police. My sig was (after a year of proving ownership) was returned after an armed robbery. Roswell police screws with gun owner so no thank you going their way.

If this bull was to happen between the crime and the confiscation ther would be no confiscation and my two heirlooms would be in a foundation.

Camden NJ did a buyback right after Sandy Hook. They were giving out $250 for handguns. The pics I saw on the tables were a bunch of Hi Points and RGs. I laughed out loud!!! I would've gone to the local pawnshop and bought him out and taken all to the buyback in that case.

Hopefully not an auction. Just a disbursement of people that would hopefully know what others may be looking for or willing to buy. So if someone sees something that another person wants then get it and sell it to the other person for the "purchase" price. Kind of a community buy. Just no cheap crap.

good chance I might go with some POS my dad wants to give me to take. literally $5 POS's from back in the old days with him that didn't even work back then. I also have an "assault weapon" receiver (super glued tec 9 receiver that was $15 brand new before the cracks and super glue lol) that I might see if they give me something for it. then off to the parking lot!
