"The Peerless shotgun was manufactured by the Crescent Firearms Company of Meriden and Norwich CT and was a brand name on guns made for H & D Folsom, an importer and distributor of firearms and general sporting goods, who ultimately purchased the Crescent Firearms Company. These guns are of little collector value and are normally priced according to their condition from $100 to $250. "

Haha. This ones probably worth 20 bucks based on its condition. I'll load it with one shot and make it a lamp....(uncle buck)

If it is a Cresent be careful. Do not use if it does not have a G stamped on the barrel, proving that it is of modern quality. I have a Cresent Arms in 12ga that was made in 1908 that was passed down to me from Great-Grandfather. Thankfully mine has the G stamp and I still shoot it to this day at pesky crows. It aint worth a whole lot, and looks like Fido's butt, but it is priceless to me.
