LOL! You win the internet today...you have solved the mystery of why prices might be on the high side sometimes...it also explains why the guy hasn't replied to my pm saying "I'll take it at your asking price and meet you wherever you want".
He never intended to sell it in the first place, right? He just had to show his wife the ad and he had no idea some dumb... like me would actually buy it! Oops.
