I had a similar problem when my press was not mounted securely to a heavy-enough table. I was very frustrated until I got a much heavier bench and a rock-solid mount. The press could handle the leverage, but only when it didn't move around.

My bench does flex a little but this only happens when I run 308s through. None of my 6mm or 22cal stuff does this. I am currently trying to figure out how i want to build my bench. I bought an 8 foot piece of hardwood counter top so right now I am trying to figure out the best way to mount it solidly.

I really like Forster but i can never find them in a set with the micrometer seater.
