High school reunions…who goes to them?

My 30yr is coming up next year. Never attended any of them, nor will I ever. High school was a drag. I only was at my senior year HS for my senior year so not too many close ties. I moved to Ga 2 weeks after graduating and didn't really keep in touch with anyone.

The reunion comittee somehow found my address for the 10 and 20 year reunion and I got an invite. Both went in the trash. NJ sucks so bad both reunions were held in VA.

Well, if I ever do get to attend a reunion I'll probably be the only single/no kids dude that's not fat and balding. The popular cheerleaders who are now single moms better watch out lol.

Seriously if I wanted to be around a bunch of other old people I'd just go to the next ODT meet&greet.

Same.....didn't even want to see them back then.
I went to 5 different high schools so I didn't really have any attachment to anyone at any of them.

Nope, never been probably never will. Mostly because it's 1200 miles away from me!
I had a blast in HS, but that was then... Can't relive it and I'm afraid I'd be depressed at how a lot turned out.

Meh, I'm not too shallow. They may not be 9-10's anymore but I can deal with 6-7's.

I've made it to two H.S. reunions, and I'll try and make the next one... it's a good way for me to see and reconnect with friends and classmates that are now only a 12 hour drive away. Next time I think I'll shave my head and wear a fat suit so I fit in with the crowd better.

Been 50 years for me. Never went to one. I still keep in touch with my friends from back then so don't have a need to go see the others...
