How many a-holes will be dumping braces and braced guns on here over the next week?

Seen a few folks trying to take advantage of the confusion to dump braces or braced guns on here since the ATF ruling on 1/13.

In case folks didn't wade through the 293 pages, as of Friday those things are SBRs or have the potential to make a gun an SBR. There is no legal way to transfer those items right now.

Yeah, it's stupid and it sucks, but for now it's also the law.

The ATF was very clear on this. Selling a braced gun is a felony right now. It's an SBR and you can't sell those without the right paperwork.

Don't know why the mods haven't jumped on this like they did with bump-stocks, but if you are looking at one of the ads up there right now.. save your pennies and your prison record.

This is nothing for what is coming ! Trudeauism is alive & well here already. Oregon made even 90 year old bolt action hunting rifles illegal. Wilmer in NY pays no attention to Supreme Court rulings against her & now the state of Illinois is saying no guns period. & Cali just needs to fall into the pacific.This registration is just a precursor to confiscation which they are calling a “Buy Back”.

I think OP needs to answer why he thinks other members are A-Holes simply because they don't want to deal with registering or altering their gun?

Lots of people seem happy to get a free SBR, and lots of others don't want to deal with any of it. So what the hell is wrong with ODT bringing those two people together?

So if I E-Form 1 with a 'brace' no $200 tax
but if I E-Form 1 with a pdw stock there is @ $200 tax ?

At the moment yes and once your braced sbr is approved you are free to remove the brace and install whatever stock you would like
