yeah even if the kids did cut him off, if they did run from him then the guy that followed them and attacked them is at fault in every way. First he stalked them till he caught them. Then He attacked them . Yeah the lady brought the gun into the incident and the kids fled. But to come back shooting again is even a 3rd attack

Not so much in this case, but if you are in fact being jumped by 2+ people, and you are carrying; what would you do? I understand pulling after is not the best idea, but what about during?

If I'm jumped by two people I'm using the amount of force necessary, up to and including deadly force, in order to end the assault. What I'm NOT doing is following someone home for cutting me off in traffic, assaulting the driver, then coming back and shooting up their vehicle. I sincerely hope that idiot does some prison time.
