Here are a few pics of the interior. Sleeping loft has fully supported 16"center joists. The open space next to the sleeping loft only has 2 joists or rafters over that space. We will box those 2 joists in with rough cut lumber to make it look like a solid beam then hang a ceiling fan over it. I tried to take a pic of what I'm talking about. Kinda hard to see

Imagine a L shaped kitchen counter under these 2 windows with a sink on one side and propane range on the other
