Let's talk hunting plot sizes.
I know the size of your plot depends on many things, however, what have you found to be a good size for your deer plots? Also, I have a flock of turkeys which I rarely see on my land and I would like to make them a more frequent visitor. I live in the northern zone, so, baiting isn't an option.

Let's say large to be 1 acre and larger; medium to be 50' x 50' to 1 acre; small to be less than 50' x 50'.

I have all three sizes, and the small size seems to be more attractive. My land is next to a 500 acre hunting club so I have to really attract them over to my property.

If you don’t have hogs, plant chufa for Turks I would plant forage soybeans in bigger plots in summer with a grain in winter and plant roads and smaller plots in chufa.i
