Different gen but my 01 tacoma has 330,000 miles on it. I vote Tacoma. My next one will be stick shift with a locker though.

I had an 04 I should have kept.

Toyota fan/owner here (4th Gen 4Runner and a 200 Series Land Cruiser), and I prefer the Tacoma over the Frontier, but I bought a used Frontier 7 years ago when I was looking for a truck. A used Tacoma was just priced higher than what I had budgeted so I went with the Frontier. It has been a great truck with just some minor items needing addressed since owning it. I still like the Tacoma, but you may as well buy a new one versus used with the pricing on them.

Yeah that’s what I’ve noticed too. I can buy a new one for ~$35g or one a couple years old with 20k on it for ~$33g
