Congrats! I've got an 06 Hayabusa and an 07 R1. Love em both, just depends on what type of riding mood I'm in. Always remember, there are 2 types of riders out there. Ones who have been down, and ones who will go down eventually. Stay safe and watch out for EVERYTHING on the road!

Those are really great back road scalpels, in the hands of a good rider will burn up a tight twisty road.

Most of the really good road riders and racers I have came across grew up riding the dirt. Your experience should serve you well.

To think the majority of the world's population will never know what an inline 4 feels/sounds like on the boil at +16,000 RPM makes me feel a bit sad for them.

Get some training if able during a track day, best money you will ever spend on your bike.
