I agree with you on the wood grips but I rarely take them to the range for obvious reasons. I hope to have a maple grip on the 67 before to long.

Generally depends in if its's me and the boys or i am taking the wifey and daughters out................................ they tend not to like N frames as a rule due to caliber ect.....

I am what happens when an old Cop ( who started carrying a wheel gun) and who is a reloader has time to reflect on his stuff, I have been slowly shifting my collection from mixed to Revolvers for the last 6 years

The Cherokee IDPA match this coming Sunday is a revolver match. Autoloaders are allowed but only 6 rounds in magazines.

Go to a night (simulated) match with loads geared for medium to long barreled revolvers and shoot a snubbie 66 .........................what fun..............................
