Getting rid of the smell and not stepping in the mud and water from the trash can was my priority. I sprayed disinfect spray all over my boots

I'm guessing it was at the bottom of the trash can filled with water little more than half way, been there a while too, kept saying I was gonna dump cause bugs attract to that stagnant water
