An amendment will do just fine if you are using our trust. You may continue purchasing NFA weapons in Alabama with a trust from another state.

How hard is it to make an amendment? I wouldn't mind going back to my old trust because it was waaaaaay shorter to engrave

You have to engrave any build registered to that trust with that long trust name. The only option would be to cancel that Form 1, receive a refund, and reapply under the new trust.

I understand that, my NC Trust is "xyz Trust" my Georgia trust is " abc xyz Revocable Living Trust" if I could just do an amendment to my NC Trust for future builds its a lot easier to just engrave "xyz trust" see what Im talking about?
